With elegant sloping arms, the Balthazar sofa adds timeless grace to the living room. There is no compromise on comfort, Balthazar's fully sprung seat and back are layered with two luxurious feather-wrapped foam seat interiors and two feather back cushions. These combine to give a soft and supportive sitting experience. If a single seat cushion is required, please see our Percival sofa. Each hand-crafted frame is made from sustainable hardwoods and double or triple dowelled, glued and screwed, with corner blocks for extra rigidity. Our robust construction ensures that our frames will last a lifetime.

Selected fully seasoned beech and other hardwoods, from managed sources. Hand crafted with joints either triple or double dowelled, glued and screwed with extra corner blocks for rigidity.

Fully upholstered on tempered steel serpentine spring unit.

Back

Fixed upholstered with soft foam pad over a tempered steel super-loop spring unit.

Interiors

Seat cushions are supportive foam wrapped with soft feather, back cushions are soft, feather.

Legs

Removable, hand polished solid beech tapered square plinth available.
