For a good many years my wife and I have been the satisfied owners of a Bloomsbury sofa, four Hawthorne chairs and another small easy chair, all from John Sankey. We have been very happy with all our purchases. I telephoned John Sankey and spoke to Craig, to discuss the various chairs available and the lifetime guarantee which I saw on the website. The discussion resulted in me later recovering two Hawthorne chairs in a material we selected, after Craig forwarded samples to me. Craig was also most helpful in arranging transport to uplift the chairs from my home, deliver them and then return the finished articles to me. My wife and I are delighted with the finished article, they are like new chairs, and we are so happy with the very short time in which you have had this work carried out, I would like to record my satisfaction with the way the whole transaction has been carried out but I would particularly like to record the excellent impression created by Craig. He is a credit to you. From my first telephone call to him, right through all discussions and emails, he was most attentive and in finding a firm to uplift and return the chairs was most helpful, particularly due to being most cost effective. I purchased two of your fantastic sofas about 10 years ago which are still going strong to this day. They are starting to look a little tired now though, but I’m reluctant to replace them as I love them even now. I am therefore thinking about getting them recovered and re-stuffed as I can’t bear to part with them!

We visited the showroom after having seen a Clearance sofa on their website. We were shown around by Craig who let us see and try the sofa we were interested in as well as seeing other sofas, chairs & footstools. Wow! The quality and variety is incredible! Craig is a wonderful person. He’s very informative and knowledgeable about the furniture and he also organised delivery. We were concerned the sofa wouldn’t fit but he sent an expert to visit our house to check. This service cost extra but Craig reserved our sofa and didn’t take payment until it was confirmed the sofa would fit. We also bought a most beautiful footstool. Compared to delivery charges from high street furniture companies ( often included in sale price or an additional £50-75) John Sankey is very expensive. All in all we paid £300 for delivery but that included the initial visit at our house, as previously mentioned, and then the furniture needed to go from Sankey to Celtheath the specialist delivery service then delivery to us. We got amazing furniture from Sankey and are thrilled with the products and customer service. Craig made everything perfect!

The delivery went really well. We received delivery our sofa and cushions yesterday by your excellent delivery guys. I was not able to receive them as I was on a call, but Ina said they were great!
